Commis Chef Apprentice
You will be responsible for helping to prepare and present dishes in the larder and pastry sections. You will assist the rest of the kitchen team in preparing for service and help deliver dishes to the pass.
Front of House Apprentice
To be placed alongside experienced managers working on shift and learning all about hospitality, customer service, food and drink. This will include conversational skills, selling techniques, customer service, dispensing of drinks, making cocktails and serving customers and using epos, electronic and cash handling.
Apprentice Chef
To be placed in our onsite kitchens preparing and learning how to cook food from fresh produce. A full spectrum of A La Carte dishes consisting of starters, mains and desserts. As the apprenticeship progresses the candidate will be given the opportunity to choose a specialist area on which their training will concentrate.
