The apprentice will be working alongside experienced dispensing assistants while carrying out the duties including prescription receipt, form completion & processing, handing out of prescriptions and stock ordering. They will need to display a good level of customer service and will be supervised by the responsible pharmacist at the pharmacy.

Level 2 apprentice will be required to get to know counter and dispensary. They will be assessed throughout the process and make sure they feel confident in what they are doing. Candidates will also be required to follow procedures in the workplace.
