The apprentice will be working alongside experienced dispensing assistants and medicines counter assistants, dealing with over the counter medicines, learning what they are, what they do & how to safely recommend them. While carrying out the duties described above, they will be supervised by the Responsible Pharmacist at the pharmacy whilst gaining the level 2Pharmacy services assistant Level 2 (GCSE).
