This is an exciting opportunity to join BMet college within the Accounts Department. The role is to work in the busy Finance team and having an integral role in the management of all aspects of accounts payable for the organisation.

Business Support Apprentice

Provide general administration support for the team, including maintaining accurate records, invoicing, filing, compiling reports, dealing with telephone enquiries, photocopying and other duties that commensurate with the post.

Accounts Payable Apprentice

The apprentice will work within a small team providing support to the Sales Ledger Co-Ordinator and Sales Ledger Assistant. They will assist with various finance functions with a focus on optimising income collection and minimising student debt.

Learning Support Assistant Apprentice

The main role of the Teaching Assistant is to support the class teacher to enhance pupils’ learning either in groups or individually, ensuring pupils understand the work set, know their learning objectives and stay on task in order to make progress.

To provide effective and efficient administration to the student records team, coordinating student records and supporting and maintaining the associated Management Information systems. To advise, guide and decide on student funding eligibility and appropriate funding streams, following appropriate statutory guidance.
