Food Manufacturing

What is it?

Food manufacturing involves the industrial processes that turn raw produce into consumable food products. It includes all the stages within the process, from sourcing ingredients and preparation, to food packaging and distribution of the delicious end products!

Food manufacturing courses will consider areas such as: developing managerial skills, food science, health and safety protocols, and environmental sustainability.
