Working within our highly talented kitchen team to produce breakfast, lunch and dinner to conference delegates and hotel guests. All food is freshly prepared on site and service consists of a buffet style breakfast and lunch service followed by an a la carte restaurant for dinner.
Role will include developing and learning skills to prepare a variety of fresh produce and to work in all sections of the kitchen. The apprentice will help to clean and maintain the kitchen, and interact with customers at the buffet table.
