Our apprentices are the future of our business. You will learn the skills to become a successful Engineering Technician with a fantastic range of future career options ahead of you. This apprenticeship provides training in both electrical and mechanical engineering, whilst gaining experience of working with innovative cutting-edge equipment.
Duties will include;
Maintain and repair our Energy Solutions equipment, gaining knowledge and experience whilst working with generators, electrical systems, control and load sharing systems and motor controls.
Develop the knowledge and ability to identify issues with electrical and mechanical equipment, utilising expanding skills to test and inspect both at service centres and at customer sites whilst diagnosing and rectifying faults.
Work with the power depot network to fully understand the requirements for routine/scheduled maintenance, servicing and pre-hire inspection activities, ensuring legislative and regulatory requirements are met.
