Support the Bank’s Finance team in the preparation of the Bank’s management accounts and reconciliation processes. Assist the production of financial accounts and support planning and analysis. Responsible for the accurate recording and maintenance of supporting records for the Banks’ expenses system, together with all payment processes.
Responsible for providing support for all HR activities, particularly the administration of employee benefits, HR records & recruitment. To work with the HR team to deliver operational HR services. Pro-actively identifying process efficiencies and people issues, supporting line managers, maintaining HR systems & providing management information.
