Apprentice Chef
As an apprentice chef you learn and develop your skill through the support of the head chef and experienced kitchen team. You will learn how the kitchen is organised and how we delegate tasks to provide a great working environment. You will be shown how to prep and create dishes to spec, ready for service.
Apprentice Commis Chef
Learning the basics of how to operate in a working kitchen environment, completing veg prep, learning simple recipes and starting to work service to plate customer food as well as learning health and safety before building up over time to more complex abilities to complete the chef role in full.
